1. Membership

Membership is subject to approval by IEC management. Payment does not guarantee automatic acceptance.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are charged annually unless stated otherwise. GST is applicable as per Indian law. Invoices are issued under Entrepreneurs Collective Association.

3. Code of Conduct

Members must maintain professional behavior and avoid misuse of the community platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and materials belong to IEC.

5. Limitation of Liability

IEC is not responsible for business outcomes or member disputes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Ludhiana, Punjab.
